There is a need for a close park on Þorrasalir or area nearby that is adequate for children age 0+
The closest leiksvæði is Gæsluvöllur við Hvammsvegi, or the leikskólar Fífusalir and Rjúpnahæð. People living in the area I am mentioning are around 2.5 km away from the closest playground that is adequate also for younger children (with swings with protection and small slides, closed space). Specially during winter time is not always easy to walk to the other places.
